Reaching to Russia - Listen Up Atlanta Readers!

This Saturday, starting at 10 a.m. at LifeSprings Baptist Church in Monroe, GA, and lasting until 2 p.m. will be our first ever Lemonaid for Orphans Festival.  Join us at 10 for some vision casting, sign making, and marching orders before heading out to pre-selected and approved spots to give away lemonade.  The lemonade is free but any size donation will gladly be accepted.  At 1.30 p.m., you’ll return to LifeSprings to report back to the group the good that was done and lessons learned during your Lemonaid for Orphans stand.  We are encouraging those who participate on this Saturday to continue holding Lemonaid for Orphans stands throughout the summer in their neighborhood, at the pool, baseball fields, and local parks.  It’s a great way to meet people, include them in ministering to orphans, and truly bless kids through our efforts.

After we collect all the collected funds by Labor Day Weekend YouthReach International will begin our birthday program in partner orphanages in Ukraine and Russia.  The funds collected go towards providing birthday presents for children in our partner orphanages who DO NOT HAVE SPONSORS through our sponsorship program.  If you and your family are interested in sponsoring a child through our Orphan Sponsorship Program please click through and read more about it.

As for Saturday, come and experience the fun together of giving something away for free and watching people want to give anyway to be part of blessing orphans.  It’s quite a thing to witness.

Email me if you have any questions.  Directions to the church are on their website linked above.

Thank you for your prayers, partnership, and, in keeping with the “p” theme, participation in this project.

In Him,

Rob, Traci, Benjamin, Nate, Aidan and Anna
